Louis Musgrove MARLA Cert DEA - Managing Director

Louis is our Group Managing Director, having grown with the Company over many years, he now heads up the Group’s busy Lettings Team bringing his wealth of expertise in all things property! Louis oversees the day-to-day problem solving, being experienced and fully ARLA qualified there is no query that he cannot answer. He is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor meaning we can carry out Energy Performance Certificates within the company and is able to guide you through the whole tenancy process with ease and legal know-how. In his spare time (which is rare!) Louis can be found in the gym, managing his home refurbishments/projects and spending time with his young son – the director to be!


Sharon Abel MARLA - Group Lettings Director

Sharon is our Group Lettings Director and has been with the team for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge. ARLA qualified and TFP trained, she is ultra-organised and heads up the property management department and accounts team. Sharon is the font of all knowledge when it comes to the legalities of the letting process. In her spare time she can be found up to her hair in hay, looking after and riding her horse.


Mark Lyons - Estates Director

Mark is our Estates Director and heads up our Residential Leasehold and Estate Management portfolio. He has several years’ experience in working with Investor Freehold Landlords, Property Developers, Registered Management Company Directors, Resident Associations, Right to Manage Companies and leaseholders so he is the first point of call for all of your enquiries and will have a hot beverage waiting for you if you pop into the office for a chat! In Marks spare time he coaches Grass Roots Girls U14’s for Bognor Regis Town Football Club. He can also be found in an evening playing a game of Poker!


Hayley Garforth MARLA - Lettings Manager

Hayley is our frontline lettings pro and our lettings team manager. Hayley conducts all our market appraisals and manages the process from point of instruction, to getting the properties let speedily and efficiently as well as dealing with tenancy renewals and being our social media expert. She handles day to day queries with both tenants and landlords, and is always able to assist! Hayley and her partner have recently purchased their first home and she can be found up to her hair in paint whilst doing property renovations!


Joe Brakspear MARLA - Property Manager

Joe is ARLA qualified and manages the progression of new lets through to completion, whilst ensuring that all properties are fully compliant with all legal documentation in place. Once a tenant has moved in, his team handle day to day tenancy queries, right through to check out and deposit returns. In his spare time he can be found running around after his two boys and playing rugby.


Joshua Newton Cert DEA - Assistant Manager

Joshua is based out on the road as well as in the office and deals with initial enquiries, applicant registration, through to conducting viewings and property inspections. Joshua is also one of our property valuers and is trained to carry out legionella risk assessments along with being a qualified domestic energy assessor. In his spare time he can be found running around a pitch playing for the Portsmouth Dreadnaughts.


Penny Barc - Property Management Team

Penny works in our property management team, and deals with all tenant referencing and let progression up to key handover. Penny also looks after gas and electrical safety reports along with general property compliance and day to day queries. In her spare time Penny enjoys reading and likes to spend time with her family.


Katie Hill - Lettings Consultant

Katie is one of our frontline lettings consultants, she can be your first point of contact for your property search taking you through applicant registration through to conducting viewings. She also carries out property visits, and assists with social media and marketing. In her spare time Katie likes to socialise with her friends and family.


Kevin Rowsell - Accounts

Kevin is our bookkeeper and ensures the smooth running of our day to day accounts and payments. In his spare time Kevin enjoys running and keeping fit!


Oliver Stonefrost - Weekend Support

Oliver is our Saturday assistant and will point you in the right direction with any query you may have meaning there is always someone available to assist with your enquiries.
